Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Greatmon is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review the request and work to provide an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
