Standard delivery usually takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that we do not offer free return labels.

• Can I return used items?
  Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items.
• How long will it take to process my return?
  Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take up to 8 days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
  For defective or damaged items, return shipping is free. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or unwanted order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• How do refunds work?
